Dear Editor,
I did a water colour painting of the church of St James the Less in David Street, Kitty in the late 1960s.
I have only just read your June 30th 2009 article in the Guyana Review by Lennox J Hernandez. The church has been transformed beyond recognition, so I would really like your readers to know what it used to look like. It was a charming, indeed magical example of tropical architecture with soul! Nuff said.
