Reference is made to a letter published in yesterday’s edition of Stabroek News captioned  ‘A horrid experience at the Republic Bank car park on Robb Street’, where we note with concern, the unfortunate experience shared by M. Abraham.

At Republic Bank we are most keen on ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible at every touch point, including our parking facilities.  In this, M. Abraham’s letter provides us with the opportunity to further assess and address the service gaps highlighted as having been part of the experience reported.
