New non-resident High Commissioner of South Africa to Guyana, Maureen Modiselle today presented her Letters of Credence to President Donald Ramotar at the Office of the President. GINA said that High Commissioner Modiselle who is stationed in Jamaica, hails from Vryheid, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa and is the holder of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Healthcare Administration and three Diplomas in nursing, midwifery and public relations respectively.
