President of the Guyana Basketball officials Council (GBOC) Cecil Chin says he is presently having talks with officials from the Caribbean Basketball Confederation (CBC) to enable local basketball officials to benefit from a referee’s certification course.
Chin made the disclosure following the GBOC’s workshop held Saturday at Duke Lodge, Georgetown.
