Davteerth Anandjit, president of the East Coast Umpires Association is claiming that he never signed a document which was submitted to the Parliamentary Special Select Committee with respect to the Guyana Cricket Administration Bill 2012.
On December 20 last year, the National Assembly of Parliament established a Special Select Committee to review the Guyana Cricket Administration Bill 2012 – Bill No. 31 of 2012 a bill which bill seeks to make provision for the incorporation of autonomous cricket organizations in Guyana.
