Georgetown’s Tutorial High School won the female title and Charlestown’s Secondary the male team title when the Scotiabank/Pepsi Schools Football National Championship ended yesterday at the Ministry of Education ground, Carifesta Avenue yesterday evening.
Tutorial High School ended with six points in the round robin segment to secure the female trophy. Led by their captain Shekela Fraser, one of the 2013 All Star players, Tutorial defeated Berbice High School 2-1 and Christiansburg Wismar Secondary 2-0 in the round robin finals.
Ranett Mohan and Trishel Jarvis scored in the 11th and 47th minutes respectively in their encounter against BHS while the ‘Most Valuable Player’ Shaquanna Hope and Kirtisha Underwood netted in the 24th and 59th minutes against Wismar Secondary who
