SCARBOROUGH, Tobago, CMC- Kyle Cabey missed out on a half century but piloted Windward Islands to a comprehensive nine wicket victory over Guyana in the West Indies Cricket Board Tobago House of Assembly Regional Under 17 Tournament which bowled off yesterday
Cabey was unbeaten on 49 as the Windwards coasted to 106 for one to successfully chase down a paltry 105 from 28.3 overs set by Guyana in one of three 50 over matches played.
The Dominican cricketer was named man-of-the-match.
For Guyana, Shimron Hetmyer top scored with 40 while Brandon Prasad with 10 was the only other batsman to have attained double figures.
Daryl Cyrus bagged 4 for 15 and Brian Joseph supported with 3 for 27.
