Young Achievers powered by a Delroy Adams six-goal haul in the ninth, 41st, 45th, 50th, 55th and 58th minutes hammered Wales United 10-0 as action in the West Demerara Football Association (WDFA) Stag Beer Senior League continued at the Den Amstel ground on Saturday.
Adams was well supported by Lloyd Prince who netted a double in the 54th and 65th minutes while solitary strikes from Sherwin Liverpool and Winston Johnson in the 18th and 63rd minutes respectively completed the one-sided affair.
In the other slated game of the day, Den Amstel Panthers compliments of a brace on either side of half time by Jeffrey Perreira in the 17th and 62nd minutes defeated Nismes/Bagotville by a 2-0 score line.
