Jerelius Louis (29) and Zawandi White (11) were the only batsmen to get into double figures as they crumbled for 78 in 29.2 overs.

Joel Sutherland (3 for 5) and Sachin Seecharan (3 for 16) were the main destroyers.

The Trinis responded with 157, backed by Batoosingh’s 70, even though Trevor Hanley finished with 5 for 45, bowling for the Leewards.

Chasing a first innings’ deficit of 79 runs, the Leewards were quickly bowled out for 90 off 34.3 overs with Jamuel Cabey unbeaten on 18.

Batoosingh (3 for 9) and Seecharan (3 for 22) ensured their winning target is minimal. It was left to openers Keegan Simmons (5) and Crystian Thurton (5) to score the 12 runs and secure maximum points for the Trinidadians.
