GRFU renews partnership with GT&T

The Guyana Rugby Football Union (GRFU) has renewed its partnership with GT&T.

During a simple ceremony yesterday at the company’s Brickdam head office, Customer Service Representative , Quinsbert Tyndall presented GRFU head, Peter Green with a quantity of jerseys and a $500,000 cheque to help with air fare and accommodation of the national men’s Sevens team which will look to regain their NACRA Sevens crown from Mexico next month.

This year’s NACRA Sevens will kick off on November 9 in the Cayman Islands. In a brief speech, Tyndall stated that GT&T is pleased to assists the six-time NACRA champions on their quest to regain their title. He also wished them success and disclosed that he is confident of them returning with the hardware.

Green expressed gratitude to GT&T and mentioned that he too is confident of the team winning their seventh championship next month.
