The Demerara Cricket Board (DCB) will stage a two-day trial match on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) ground, Bourda. The two teams selected will be led by West Indies ‘A’ middle-order batsman Leon Johnson and West Indies all-rounder Christopher Barnwell, respectively.
Play is expected to get underway from 9:00 hrs each day and the DCB is asking the players selected for the trials to be on time.

Barnwell’s team (from) Christopher Barnwell (Captain),Rajendra Chandrika Chanderpaul Hemraj, Yatesh Dhanpaul, Steven Jacobs, Arvin Seepersaud, Kemol Savoury, Ramnaresh Sarwan, Chris Pattadin, Carl Rambarose, Trevor Benn, Kellon Carmichael and Anthony Atwell.
