The Police say they are conducting investigations into the circumstances surrounding the death of pedal cyclist Wayne Giddings, 29 years, of Sparendaam, ECD, who was struck down by a motor vehicle along the Goedverwagting Railway Embankment, ECD, at about 0930h.
