Brazilian man dies in Lethem crash, four others hurt

At about 0710h. today, police say that Brazilian National Theotonio Santa Cruz Oliveira, 61 years, of Lethem, was driving his motor vehicle along the roadway at Lethem when he collided with a motor vehicle proceeding in the opposite direction that had allegedly veered into his lane.

At about 0145h. today, police say that Clifton Anderson, 50 years, of North Ruimveldt, Georgetown, was about to enter his yard in his motor vehicle when he was confronted by two men, one of whom was armed with a firearm.
