The Guyana Cycling Federation (GCF) has named a strong six-man unit to represent the Golden Arrowhead at the ninth Caribbean Cycling Championships in Suriname.
In a press release sent out to the media yesterday, the GCF selected junior cyclists, Michael Anthony, Akeem Arthur, Stephano Husbands and Alonzo Ambrose and juveniles, Andrew Hicks and Raphael Leung to compete at the October 4-5 event.
Anthony took gold in the juvenile category in 2012 while Arthur snared silver in Aruba last year.
National cycling coach, Dwayne Gibbs will accompany to team on the sojourn.
