Queen’s Baton: St Stanislaus College students having a relaxing time waiting for the passage of the Queen’s Baton on Monday. The Queen’s Baton Relay was launched at Buckingham Palace on October 9, 2013, when Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, who is Head of the Commonwealth, placed her message to the Commonwealth into the baton. The baton is expected to travel to 70 nations and territories, covering 190,000 km over 288 days.
