A boxing coach was yesterday remanded to prison after she was allegedly busted by police with 15 grammes of marijuana at a gym.
Janelle Hope, 22, was charged with possession of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking when she appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry.
Police Prosecutor Michael Grant said that on April 26, police ranks, acting on information, entered the gym and saw Hope sitting on the stage.
