A man was yesterday sentenced to three years imprisonment after he pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of marijuana that was found during a police raid of a house in Kitty.
Rohan Singh, 25, of Lot 11 Railway Street, Kitty, was charged with illegal possession of narcotics at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court, along with Satesh Singh, 25, of the same address, Damion Sardinha, 27 of 33 Shell Road, Kitty and Orette Subner, 27, of 91 Lamaha Street, Kitty.
