The naked body of an unidentified woman was found at the Kitty Seawall sometime after 5pm today.
The woman who was naked, and believed to be in her late 30’s or early 40’s, was found on the shores of the seawall, in the vicinity of the Russian Embassy sometime after 5pm.
Water was seen lashing against the body.
The body was picked up by the Lykens’s Funeral Home.
