Leguan man dies after falling out of truck

At about 1630h. yesterday, police say that Zakeer Mohamed, 52 years, of Leguan, Essequibo Coast, was in the tray of a motor lorry along with other passengers when the vehicle tuned turtle while ascending a hill at 51 Miles, Buck Hall, Essequibo.

Mohamed fell out of the motor lorry and suffered injuries. He was taken to the Suddie Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

The driver is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
