The police say they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of heavy-duty operator Edgar Trotman, 46 years, of Wisroc Housing Scheme, Wismar, whose body was found with his hands tied behind his back at about 0630h. today in the vicinity of Washer Pond Road, Linden.
The police say that the body was found next to an excavator that Trotman operated and for which an electronic control part was found missing.
The body is at the Wismar Hospital Mortuary, as the investigations continue.
