Bound bodies of Jamaica businessman, media worker found

(Jamaica Observer) KINGSTON, Jamaica—The bodies of a man and woman were discovered at the man’s house in Red Hills, St Andrew on Sunday morning.

Dead are 52-year-old businessman Darol Lodge and 25-year-old RJR sales executive Felicia Sutherland of Passage Fort, Portmore in St Catherine.

The Jamaica Constabulary Force’s Corporate Communications Unit report that relatives of Lodge went to visit him about 8:00 am after days had passed without them hearing from him.

Lodge’s relatives gained entry to the house, where they discovered the bodies with hands and feet bound, lying face down.

They said that the house appeared to have been ransacked.

The police Monday morning said that the cause of death of the two is still unknown and no motive has been established for the killing.

Investigations are ongoing.
