The funeral of the Chief Librarian Gillian Thompson will be held today.
It was to have originally been held yesterday.
A release from the National Library said that today there will be a brief viewing at the Merriman Funeral Home from 12.30 pm to 1 pm. The body will then be removed to the Trinity Methodist Church on Leopold and High streets for tributes at 13:30 hours followed by the funeral service at 14:30 hours.
Thompson died in an accident on Christmas Eve.
