‘First of all let me say that the Private Sector (PSC) is in full support of local government elections, and is very frustrated that it has not yet been held. Unfortunately, the PSC has been unable to convince the powers of the urgency of holding elections. Some political parties say they are preparing for local government elections while the government says people are not ready.’
