The Guyana Police Force is informing the general public that with effect from Monday June 09, 2014, between 0700h and 0900h on Monday to Friday, motor vehicles will only be permitted to travel west along the Railway Embankment (towards Georgetown), between Beterverwagting, ECD, and Sheriff Street, Georgetown.
This restriction is aimed at assisting with the peak period traffic build up along the East Coast of Demerara.
