At about 2230h yesterday, police say that Balraj Bisnauth, 52 years, of Vryheid’s Lust, ECD, was struck down by a motor vehicle while he was alleged to have attempted to walk across the Montrose Public Road, ECD.
He was admitted to the GPHC where he succumbed during this morning.
Investigations are in progress.
