US police share best practices with local force

The United States Department of State, in partnership with the Guyana Ministry of Home Affairs, provided a course on Leadership and Professional Ethics to nineteen senior members of the Guyana Police Force.  A release from the US Embassy today said this intensive course was taught by Staff Lieutenant Heidi A. Marshall and Lieutenant Matthew Hamilton from the Office of Professional Standards at the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The course is funded by the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs division within the United States Department of State.
