Giftland OfficeMax yesterday donated $520,000 in toys and clothing to 200 Tiger Bay youths. Twenty-One senior citizens were also presented with hampers at the ceremony at the School of the Nations.
The Tiger Bay youths were also treated to a comedic performance from Guyanese comedian Linden ‘Jumbie,’ Jones. Another popular figure who attended was body builder Hugh Ross. In this photo Hugh Ross makes a presentation to a senior Tiger Bay Resident.
