LONDON, CMC- Jamaica’s senior netball team has suffered its third straight defeat in the tri-nation tour of England, losing to England ‘A’ 40-45 over the weekend.

The Sunshine Girls, who lost to England andNew Zealand in their opening two matches, were tipped to triumph in the practice matchagainst the hosts’ ‘A’ team.

However the Jamaicans plagued by injuries to shooters Jhanielle Fowler and Sabrina Spence, trailed 7-13, 19-23, 30-33, before eventually losing by five goals.

They have already been set back by the absence of prominent shooter Romelda Aiken who was forced out due to a knee injury.
