Windjammer’s, Sanjay’s Variety Store onboard with HRC

The Windjammer Int. Cuisine and Comfort Inn and Sanjay’s Variety Store are the latest entities to support the Malta Supreme Hugh Ross Classic (HRC) Bodybuilding and Fitness Show.

With just one week for the staging of the event at the National Cultural Centre, the companies’ timely sponsorship was welcomed by HRC’s Finance Officer, Dexter Garnett.

In brief remarks yesterday, CEO of the America Street store, Sanjay Kumar stated that the sport of bodybuilding is very popular in Guyana and is of the view that it promotes healthy living which is beneficial to individuals and the country as a whole.

Garnett then thanked Kumar on behalf of the HRC and assured him that the event will be a success.

Meanwhile, Manager of the Windjammer, Aretha Campbell recently confirmed the business’ commitment by way of letter as the official hotel of the Classic.

Campbell noted that the entity is satisfied that the show has been achieving its goal of promoting body building on local scene as well as the issue of healthy living.

“We are happy to be a part of the show again and are excited to welcome the Guest Poser Mr. Jeff Beckham who will experience the warmth, love and professional service at our hotel.”

Garnett, in thanking Campbell, also expressed gratitude to CEO of the establishment, Carey Griffith, who has always been very supportive of the show from the start.

Further, the HRC Committee and its Chairman, Hugh Ross will convene with the athletes competing at the show along with their managers from 16:00hrs at the Banks DIH Sports Club, Thirst Park.
