Fruta Conquerors rebounded from their earlier loss, mauling Beacons by an 8-1 margin when the Stag Beer-sponsored Georgetown Football Association (GFA) first division league continued on Wednesday at the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) ground.
Jahaal Greaves led the assault as he opened the scoring in the sixth minute with a simple tap in down the middle of the goal from the centre of the area, after latching onto an Eon Alleyne left-sided cross.
Greaves would double the scores in the 26th minute, placing his right-footed attempt into the centre of the net from within the right side of the area.
Dwayne Lawrence would make it 3-0 four minutes later, finishing his right-footed attempt into the right- hand corner of the net
