The second round of the Georgetown Football Association (GFA) first division league continues this weekend with four matchups scheduled to be hosted at the Tucville Community and Guyana Defence Force grounds respectively.
Over at the Tucville Community ground on Saturday, home side and second placed outfit Fruta Conquerors will attempt to continue their campaign on a positive note when they faceoff with cellar occupants Beacons FC in the lone fixture at 18:00hrs.
On Sunday at the GDF ground, Vlissingen Road, fifth placed Georgetown Football Club (GFC) will engage third positioned unit Sunburst Camptown in the opening fixture of the tripleheader at 14:00hrs.
The second matchup of the card will witness fourth positioned Guyana Police Force opposing sixth placed side Flamingo FC at 16:00hrs.
In the final matchup, league leaders Pele FC will aim to secure their position at the top of the table when they match skills with seventh positioned unit Northern Rangers at 20:00hrs.
