Singh made an appearance yesterday at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court.

Prosecutor John Singh had told the court that on January 27, Singh was driving his mother’s car when he met the young girl on Agriculture Road. He allegedly forced her into his car and raped her while she was in her school uniform.

Magistrate Ally had set bail at $400,000 on the condition that Singh lodge his passport.
