The allegation against Neil Pike stated that on October 5, 2014, at Eve Leary, Kingston, he stole a CG motorcycle, valued $240,000, belonging to Shunwel Charles.

The unrepresented Pike pleaded not guilty when Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry read the charge to him at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court 1.

No further details about the charge were presented in court and Police Prosecutor Bharat Mangru had no objections to bail. After bail was set, the case was adjourned to March 31, when it will be called again before Magistrate Dylon Bess.
