First permanent tax site to open at Diamond – GRA

The Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) will open the first in a series of permanent tax centres on April 1, 2015. This first centre will be located in the G3 Building at Diamond, East Bank Demerara and is expected to provide taxpayers with basic services.

Melissa Baird acting Public Relations Manager told media operatives that the entity has for a number of years been toying with ideas of how to best serve taxpayers and how to take its services to the taxpayer in an efficient and effective manner, especially in areas where the population is growing.
