The police say that investigations are being conducted into a fatal accident that occurred at about 1945h. yesterday at Lusignan Public Road, ECD, and which resulted in the death of Ogle Kirton, 57 years, of Lusignan, ECD.
Investigations have revealed that Kirton was riding a motor cycle along the roadway, when it is alleged that he turned across the road and in so doing collided with an oncoming mini- bus.
Kirton suffered injuries and was taken to the GPHC where he died while receiving medical treatment.
The driver of the mini-bus is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
