Port Mourant Hospital facilities not being used – Norton

Minister of Health, Dr George Norton observed several shortcomings at the Port Mourant Hospital during his visit to Region Six to assess its functional capacity.

According to a press release from GINA, among the areas of concern noted by the Minister was an entire unused upper flat of the hospital which housed a new operating theatre and a surgical ward which “was never utilised since its construction some years ago.”
