The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has continued to flag persons who flout the anti-littering laws and has recently recorded four victories against offenders who have been ordered to pay fines amounting to a total of $130,000.
During the first two weeks of the month, the EPA made four successful cases against persons who committed littering offences in April.
