The three men made a court appearance on Thursday lasy before Magistrate Ann McLennan at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court 2 where they were given an adjourned date to August 12 which was set for commencement of the preliminary inquiry. However, according to Police Prosecutor Neville Jeffers the constant delay into the commencement of the PI is a result of the incomplete file and also an outstanding results of the ballistics test that was taken for examination. However, on the next court appearance, the court heard, these two elements will be completed and made available.

The court had previously heard that the prosecution has a total of about 20 witnesses to testify.
