Guyhoc Park youth on bail after denying assault charge

A Guyhoc Park youth was yesterday placed on $150,000 bail after he denied assaulting a man.

Neville Dundas, 21, who gave gold mining as his occupation, was charged with wounding John Beresford on September 20th, at Guyhoc Park, with intent to maim, disfigure, disable or cause him grievous bodily harm.

Dundas pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan placed the defendant on $150,000 bail and transferred the matter to court 5, where he will make his next appearance before Magistrate Fabayo Azore on November 2nd.
