One week after Good Hope farmer, Shariz Ali was discovered dead in his home by his mother, the police yesterday arrested five persons at various locations along the East Coast Demerara (ECD), according to Crime Chief Wendell Blanhum.
Blanhum informed Stabroek News yesterday that of the five, three were found together and had in their possession two SIM cards and a cellular phone belonging to Ali. He added that investigators are also pursuing another individual who is a known character.
