Inez Hope, Yvonne Langevine, and Christopher Langevine of over $1.3 million in items and currency. Trial Magistrate Judy Latchman said the court was not satisfied that the witness produced by the prosecution had enough time to properly look at the men’s physical features. Further, the identification parade that was conducted was not properly done.
