Ranks of the Police Narcotics Branch have managed to score their biggest haul of marijuana in recent times.
On Thursday night, 76.6 kilogrammes (approximately 169 pounds) of marijuana were found on Mandela Avenue.
In a press release issued yesterday, the police said that around 9pm, ranks conducted a search on a vehicle on Mandela Avenue, Georgetown, during which the marijuana was found.
Police added that a man has been detained for questioning.
