President David Granger on Monday said that Bartica is going to become a “rich, green town”.
A Ministry of the Presidency release said that he was speaking during a toy drive at the Bartica Secondary School, where approximately 400 children received Christmas presents compliments of the government.
Adverting to the planned naming of the community as a town in 2016, the President said,
