Residents of Hadfield Street in Georgetown spent last night in darkness after four utility in the area were uprooted.
Stabroek News was unable to ascertain the cause of the collapse, however it appeared that one of the posts (the one with the transformer) was the first to collapse. The pressure from this appears to have led to a domino effect.
