When the matter was called on Friday in the Georgetown Magis-trates’ Court 3 by Magistrate Judy Latchman, one of the victims was called to testify but the magistrate was informed that he was absent. Concerns about the victims not attending court had been raised before and on this occasion the magistrate called upon the prosecution to close the case.

Prosecutor Kerry Bostwick informed the court that in light of the fact that none of the victims were attending court, the prosecution would have no case against the defendant.

Henry who was represented by attorney George Thomas happily thanked the magistrate before making his way out of the courtroom, a free man.
