No action on non-functioning telephone

Dear Editor,

I made a report to GTT on Nov 6, 2015 that my telephone (220-4153) was not working and there was no dial tone, but up to now no one has called or visited. When I call I am given different reasons for why the telephone is not working.

Please note all the phones in my area are working except mine. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service I am receiving from GTT.
