Dear Editor,
Over a year ago (November 12, 2014), you were kind enough to publish my letter relating to the over payment of my income tax through the PAYE system. (TIN: 11055672)
Sadly, to date, I have not been refunded for the years 2012, 2013, 2014. To the best of my knowledge, the GRA has exact methods for revenue collection. Why then are these same methods not used to effect refunds?
