GRFU kicks off Hong Kong Sevens preparation with beep test

Players from the national rugby team underwent their beep tests yesterday at the National Park in preparation for the upcoming Hong Kong Sevens tournament.

According to executives of the Guyana Rugby Federation (GRF), the performances by the ruggers, some of whom ran impressive 12.9s in the test, were a vast improvement from last year.

Most players ran two levels more than the previous season. Although no official individual scores from the test were given, it was clear that the players were very fit and raring to go while undergoing the exercises with most of them showing good form.
