Score’s Even to make season debut tomorrow

Turfites get ready, the second horse race meet of the season will run off tomorrow at the Kennard Memorial Turf Club with in excess of $5M on offer.

Six races are carded for the fixture and the A and lower seven-furlong race is listed as the feature event.

Guyana’s premier trotter, Score’s Even is anticipated to make its season debut in a quest to pocket the appetizing $1M first prize for the Simply Royal Stables.

According to the programme, the 1000-pound grey gelding is scheduled to race against stable mate, Run Na Na Run, Jacking My Style, Princess Alisha, Just Call Me Boss, Lady Budapest, Bridlestone Corner and Red and Lovely.

The co-feature will be for horses classified D3 and lower. They will compete over five furlongs for the $400,000 first prize.

Other events carded are the J1 and Lower ($200,000 first prize), the G1 and Lower ($300,000) and two K class races for $150,000 each.

Gates open at 13:30hrs.
