Guyana’s boxers continued to admirably defend home turf at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall on Saturday in the Caribbean Development Goodwill Tournament.
Middleweight Dennis Thomas along with Jason Phillips (light welterweight), Desmond Amsterdam (light heavyweight) and Jason Barker (heavyweight) all recorded semi final victories in emphatic fashion to book places in last night’s final.
The championship which has attracted 13 territories was to conclude last night at the same venue.
